I finished her micro braids yesterday. I didn't actually do much during the week. There is just not enough time in the day to work and do braids. But she was beginning to look a little funny. She had 10 of the 12 sections done and the other 2 sections were in bantu knots. Which made her look like she had 2 horns growing out of the front of her head. Not at all attractive but she didn't seem to care.
So here is the final product.
The good news is that she loves it. The bad news is that she has not bought into the idea of locs. And she forgets all previous conversations about it so we start from scratch. I am not at all excited about the idea of taking out all of these braids in 4-6 weeks. And the final question appears to be -- will her hair actually loc. I am having my doubts.
