Driving to school today, we passed by a yard with a deer. At first I assumed that it was a statue of a deer and wondered why I had never noticed it before. Then the deer dipped it's head to eat. I pointed at it and excitedly said, "Ladybug, look at the deer!"
She looked but we were by it before she saw it. I tried.
About 30 seconds down the road, she excitedly screamed, "Look, Mama! Crows!"
I busted out laughing. My child gets excited about crows! And they really were crows.
